Always a clear voice of reason and leadership, Rob uses his intellect to solve marketing dilemmas. With his strategic thinking and energetic enthusiasm, Rob looks at projects from all angles and discovers new solutions that go beyond traditional marketing.

With years of industry experience since 1992, Rob has overseen many national and statewide projects for brands like CCA, Fosters International, CUB/CSB, Beringer Blass, Kraft Foods, L'Oreal, Redkin, McWilliams Wines, Blockbuster Video, Hungry Jacks, St Dalfour and the list goes on.

Driven at heart, when Rob is not working on solutions for clients or running the operations of the Melbourne office, he’s busy organising functions at HopeAD like Go-Kart championships, Bar nights and the new annual “HOPE WARS” paintball adventure. He can’t take credit for the inaugural HopeAD Pro-am Golf tournament as James Tamanika made this exciting event happen.

James Tamankia

When HopeAD looked at adding to the team in late 2005 we looked no further than James Tamanika.   His immediate impact on the team was due to his passion & dedication towards his chosen career in advertising.  After leaving the world of retail manage fund sales, this self-proclaimed "golf nut" went back to study an Advanced Diploma of Business Advertising at RMIT as a mature age student.  Upon completion of his 3rd semester, he was hand picked by his teachers to have the opportunity to work part-time at HopeAD whilst still studying Full-time.

Whilst at university James used what he was learning to advise and grow brands such as Clear Advice (Bendigo Based Financial Planning firm) and The Barefoot Investor, of which he still currently does.

His love for strategic advertising, presentation, client service and account management make him an important part of the HopeAD team.  He has started at the bottom of the tree and has lately showed his worthiness to be able to step up into the Account Managers role.

James's unique style, personality and drive enable him to not just service clients’ interests but to grow the business for both the client and HopeAD.

Jessica is the most recent addition to the HopeAD team.

After the impact she made as a comrade back in June; when a position opened up
in the company it was a unanimous decision to get the 'blonde-curly hair' girl back.
Jessica's commitment to the industry and keen eye for detail made her the obivious choice.

A graduate of RMIT, and a self confessed gym junkie, when she's not dominating the treadmill, or perfecting her right hook, she's devoting her time to help grow HopeAd both locally and abroad.

Her passion for Strategic Planning stems from her strengths of uncovering consumer insights, and adapting them to campaign situations.
